Dana Joi Towns
Hello! I am a highly motivated and experienced Omnichannel Operational Process Designer with a proven track record of success in the technology industry. I have a strong understanding of eBusiness processes and am skilled in developing and implementing process improvements that lead to increased efficiency and profitability. I am also an effective communicator and have a proven ability to work cross-functionally to achieve common goals.
My educational background in journalism, previous roles as a reporter, and my current freelance writing, have increased my versatility in the writing process and in developing and executing creative ideas.
In my spare time, I serve as a leader on Ferguson’s Business Resource Group for our Black Associates, BOLD ( Black Organization for Leadership and Diversity) and I also am a board member of local Atlanta nonprofit group, Rebuilding Together Atlanta. I hold a position as the marketing chair and a member of the development board.
In my day job, I currently work on projects and develop process improvements that have a significant impact on the various businesses within my company – helping to put the “digital” into our goal of delivering the best digitally enabled human relationships.
